Job summary

AH Group seeks a driven On-Site Account Representative to manage inventory and logistics of industrial machine spare parts at a customer facility. You will be embedded on the plant floor, ensuring quick identification, tracking, processing, and shipping of parts with a strong emphasis on service and urgency.

As the frontline, you will maintain open lines of communication with the customer and suppliers, enter ERP data in real time, and coordinate shipments to minimize downtime and protect plant

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing.
• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset focused on delivering high-quality service and responsiveness.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail across multiple open transactions.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks including lifting and moving industrial parts.
• Basic computer proficiency; comfortable with data entry and learning new software systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to operate independently on a customer site.

Responsibilities

• Serve as daily point of contact for the facility customer; provide timely status updates and maintain reliability.
• Identify and collect failed industrial parts; prioritize by urgency and production impact.
• Enter and maintain part data in the ERP system in real time; keep inventory records accurate.
• Maintain proactive supplier communications to manage open orders and expedite shipments; escalate delays as needed.
• Coordinate the full shipping and receiving cycle for parts; verify counts and condition; document discrepancies.
• Understand production priorities and align daily work to minimize downtime; treat critical issues as top priority.
• Maintain records of parts transactions, supplier communications, and open items; flag issues proactively.
• Assist with physical movement of parts as needed; participate in hands-on tasks on the plant floor.
