Job summary

Fidelity Partners seeks a Nurse Practitioner for the Boxelder Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center in Nemo, SD. This on-site, part-time clinical position provides primary medical services to students, with schedules of one or two weekdays per week.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SD license to practice medicine or equivalent.
• Valid and active DEA registration.
• Medical or professional liability insurance of at least $1 million.
• Education, degree, national certification, and prescribing authority per SD law.

Responsibilities

• Review applicant files, perform intake exams, assess medical needs, and develop treatment plans.
• Diagnose and treat within scope of license and authority.
• Prescribe medications and coordinate management with Center staff.
• Provide on-site medical services and health-promotion guidance.
• Maintain accurate health records and coordinate referrals for specialty care.
• Ensure confidentiality of health records per HIPAA and center rules.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student services.
• Provide monthly health reports to Center leadership and ensure equipment maintenance.
