Fidelity Partners Services seeks a Physician Assistant to deliver on-site medical care at the Boxelder Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center in Nemo, SD. The role emphasizes early identification, evidence-based treatment, and coordinated care for youth ages 16–24.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, medication management, health promotion, and accurate documentation. The position is part-time, on-site only, with a structured schedule and background-screening requirements.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted South Dakota license with authority to perform duties independently or within scope.
• Valid and active DEA registration.
• Medical/professional liability insurance coverage of at least $1 million.
• Education, degree, national certification, and prescribing authority required by SD law for the profession.
• Ability to work independently and with a multidisciplinary healthcare team serving youth.
• Ability to pass required criminal background checks, drug testing, credential verification, and credentialing or access processes.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, patient-privacy, and related requirements.

Mansioni

• Review applicant files, complete intake exams, assess eligibility and needs, and develop treatment plans.
• Diagnose and treat minor to chronic conditions within scope and authority.
• Prescribe medications within authority and coordinate with center staff.
• Provide first aid, immunizations, screenings, and preventive services as authorized.
• Document diagnoses, treatments, and encounters in health records and forms.
• Coordinate referrals for specialty or urgent care and ensure follow-up.
