Qualifications

• Ability to work on-site full-time and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Paint vacant apartment homes as part of the make-ready process.
• Prepare surfaces before painting, patching, sanding, caulking, priming.
• Complete minor drywall and wall repairs related to paint preparation.
• Touch up occupied homes and community areas as assigned.
• Match colors and protect property from overspray during painting.
• Clean and store painting equipment properly.
• Pressure wash building exteriors and designated areas as needed.
• Assist with grounds and property appearance for curb appeal.
• Provide general maintenance support during unit turns and community tasks.
• Report safety and property concerns promptly to management.
