Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in the United States is seeking a Painter to maintain interiors and common areas across WBPC properties. You will perform routine painting, handle resident-reported repairs, and support on-call maintenance with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years painting experience, basic tools knowledge, good communication, and availability for off-hours work. Valid driver's license may be required depending on district.

Qualifications

• One or more years' related painting experience.
• Beginning level understanding or experience in interior painting and use of paint related tools such as paint sprayer and various hand tools.
• Effectively communicate and interact with co-workers, managers, vendors or residents to exchange or convey information and to give or receive work.
• Basic computer skills (able to operate mobile device, PC).
• Must be available regular on-call work assignments / emergency calls and work scheduled off-hours and emergency overtime as applicable.
• This role may require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• With general guidance, performs routine painting of the interior of a variety of buildings; understands paint types and equipment.
• With general direction, completes resident-requested repairs including drywall repair and touch-ups within 24 hours.
• Completes all assigned maintenance work on vacant homes.
• Performs on-call service requests and emergency calls as required; cross-training may be needed.
• May participate in routine inspections (QC, move-in).
• Performs painting of common areas and maintenance spaces; reports concerns for repairs.
• Maintains service requests using Yardi Mobile (if applicable).
• Demonstrates safe use of tools and equipment; follows OSHA and WBPC procedures.
• Understands safe work practices for painting projects including confined spaces and ladder safety.
• Routine painting of interiors and exterior touch ups as needed.
