Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a manufacturing/packaging professional to perform operations in a cGMP environment at our Cincinnati facility. You will set up, operate, and clean equipment while following approved batch records and SOPs to ensure quality and compliance.

You will learn processes from BRs/WIs, complete documentation, and maintain a safe, efficient work area with strict adherence to training and company policies. This role requires strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food processing.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing and/or packaging operations in compliance with cGMP and company procedures.
• Learn processes by following batch records, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Set up, changeover, program, and operate equipment.
• Clean facilities, equipment, and utensils per SOPs and WIs.
• Complete required documentation for manufacturing/packaging.
• Maintain 100% training and compliance.
• Maintain safe, efficient work areas and follow policies and batch instructions.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
