Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction experience.
• Minimum 2-5 years of commercial/industrial construction experience in field roles.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with owner-side project management is a plus.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site presence to observe and document progress.
• Verify work aligns with plans and quality standards.
• Track schedules, budgets, and contractor performance.
• Prepare daily reports and project logs.
• Attend owner/contractor meetings weekly.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
