Job summary

KING AND GEORGE LLC is seeking a Supervisor for Camp Parks Reserve Forces in Dublin, CA. The role oversees contract service delivery on-site, enforces safety, and ensures performance standards are met, coordinating with government representatives and the PM/APM when needed.

The position emphasizes leadership of diverse teams, compliance with quality and safety policies, and recordkeeping to support project management and inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience managing similar O&M, logistics, or support services contracts.
• Experience leading diverse teams and enforcing performance standards.
• OSHA 30‑Hour Certification or equivalent safety training.
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred or required depending on task location).
• Valid state driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (years of experience can substitute).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight and direct supervision of assigned personnel.
• Serve as the primary on-site representative of the PM/APM in their absence.
• Ensure compliance with the contract’s technical and performance requirements.
• Coordinate with government representatives and other stakeholders as needed.
• Monitor employee attendance and performance and take corrective action as required.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Maintain records and prepare reports as directed by the Project Manager.
• Participate in Quality Control (QC) inspections and respond to deficiencies.
• Assist in training personnel on standard operating procedures and safety practices.
