Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. Everett, WA seeks an Operations Lead to ensure daily facility operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will oversee yard/warehouse activities, verify DOT compliance for delivery trucks, and ensure accurate material counts before dispatch.

Requirements include 3–5 years in operations, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and strong safety, time management and teamwork skills. On-site, with potential overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational role providing work direction.
• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an operational role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all delivery trucks are DOT compliant.
• Ensure that material is counted correctly before the delivery trucks leave the yard.
• Ensure the yard / warehouse is free of debris.
