Job summary

Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is seeking Operations Interns to join our team starting January 2027.

These on-site roles offer multidisciplinary exposure across Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations, with a focus on operational improvement and data-driven decision making. Interns will participate in learning sessions, gain mentorship from managers, and have the chance to progress to graduate roles or additional internships.

Qualifications

• Penultimate or final year pursuing a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
• Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language of the country you are applying for (CEFR C1).

Responsibilities

• Completing high-priority projects to the highest standard, delivering results.
• Analyzing data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Proposing and testing solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the most effective ones.
• Developing communication and teamwork skills by working with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
• Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams and participate in pre-briefs, flow meetings, and leadership discussions.
• Ability to navigate the workspace and move between different areas; flexible to work various schedules and shift patterns.
• Potential relocation to the designated work location.
