Job summary

Cotton is seeking Front Office/Facility Maintenance staff to join our Katy, TX team in a temporary capacity. You will perform administrative, housekeeping, and facility management duties across front office and maintenance tasks, supporting resident services and operations during disaster recovery and housing projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and valid driver’s license required.
• Previous maintenance, repair work and customer service experience needed.
• Willing to work outdoors and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents with hospitality; provide information on meals and local attractions.
• Complete guest registration in the property management system.
• Check residents in/out using reservation software and manage keys.
• Coordinate facility repairs and maintain professional office environment.
• Perform general maintenance tasks and log work.
• Park grounds upkeep and housekeeping to maintain appearance.
