Job summary

Cotton Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Front Office/Facility Maintenance person to join our logistics team in Katy, TX.

This temporary role supports front desk duties, housekeeping, and general facilities maintenance, requiring reliable, self-motivated candidates with good customer service skills. Responsibilities include greeting residents, registering guests, coordinating repairs, performing light electrical/plumbing tasks, maintaining the property, and assisting with outside work as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Prior maintenance, repair, and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents with hospitality and provide local information.
• Complete guest registration in the reservation system.
• Check residents in/out using reservation software.
• Issue and inventory room keys.
• Coordinate and communicate facility repairs and maintenance.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks.
• Maintain grounds and common areas.
• Document maintenance work and keep records.
• Respond to calls promptly.
• Work outside as needed and support outside operations.
