Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Previous maintenance, repair work and customer service experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and provide hospitality.
• Complete guest registrations in the property management system.
• Check residents in/out using reservation software.
• Issue and inventory room keys.
• Coordinate facility repairs and office communications.
• Perform general labor and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain grounds and keep facilities clean and safe.
