Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina seeks an Ambulatory Oncology Infusion Pharmacy Team Lead Pharmacist to provide operational, clinical, and supervisory leadership for ambulatory infusion services in Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, and Georgetown.

You will oversee sterile compounding, chemotherapy verification, inventory, and quality initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance (USP <797>/<800>) and collaboration with oncologists, nurses, and pharmacy staff.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from ACPE-accredited college
• Completion of a pharmacy residency program (PGY1)
• PGY2 Oncology Residency preferred
• Active South Carolina Pharmacist License or eligible

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, clinical, and supervisory leadership for ambulatory oncology infusion services.
• Oversee sterile compounding workflow and chemotherapy verification.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with USP <797>/<800> and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with oncologists, infusion nurses, pharmacists, and staff to optimize patient care.
