The Ambulatory Infusion Pharmacist will report to the Pharmacy System Director for ambulatory infusion, serving MUSC clinics in Camden, SC. Responsibilities include dispensing medications promptly, counseling patients and healthcare staff, and ensuring compliant sterile product preparation in oncology infusion settings.

On-site role at MUSC Kershaw Hospital, with remote verification support for infusion orders and patient assistance coordination as needed.

Qualificações

• Licensed pharmacist with SC license or eligible for SC licensure.
• BLS certification current or within required time frame.
• Residency training preferred for ambulatory infusion setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide distributive and clinical pharmacy services to outpatients in oncology infusion.
• Counsel patients and health care professionals on drug information and usage.
• Prepare and check sterile products per USP 797/800, including hazardous and non-hazardous.
• Support remote verification of infusion orders from other outpatient operations.
