Northern Star Resources Limited is hiring an OHST Coordinator for the Delta Junction, AK site. This permanent professional role develops and maintains safety, health and training programs, delivering MSHA/OSHA training and maintaining records.

You'll conduct inspections, ensure compliance with MSHA/OSHA and company policies, and coordinate with regulators. The schedule is 22 days on, 20 days off, with on-site camp facilities and company transport from Fairbanks area.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, coordinates, delivers, and evaluates occupational health and safety training programs.
• Plans, facilitates mandatory MSHA training, inductions, and refresher training.
• Assists in risk assessments and risk control measures to reduce injuries.
• Leads incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
