Qualifications

• 1+ years of project management experience.
• Experience using modern project management tools and ClickUp.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of an organization.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage comprehensive project timelines.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Creative, Marketing, Sales, Operations.
• Proactively identify project risks and communicate changes to key stakeholders.
• Lead effective project meetings and provide concise updates to teams and leadership.
• Apply Lean and BPM principles to streamline workflows and improve processes.
• Manage multiple projects with timelines, budgets, quality, and brand expectations.
