Qualifications

• Experience with Riverbeds, DNS/QIP, Cisco gear, Brocade gear, Juniper gear.
• Proficient with wireless controllers, WAPs, and load balancers (F5s).

Responsibilities

• Work part-time with the Fannie Mae NOC.
• Review tickets resolved by NI vendors (GLS and CompuCom).
• Collaborate with team for timely issue resolution.
