Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• Associates degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience with endpoint security, antivirus, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support endpoint security, antivirus, malware protection, and related cybersecurity technologies.
• Monitor network and security systems for performance, availability, security events, and potential threats.
• Investigate, respond to, and coordinate remediation activities for security alerts, vulnerabilities, and incidents.
• Coordinate security monitoring, incident response, and remediation activities with internal teams and MSSPs.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, remediation tracking, and security-hardening activities.
• Maintain network diagrams and security documentation; support disaster recovery and on-call duties.
