Job summary

Allied Tech in Puerto Rico is seeking a Network Architect to design, secure, and optimize client infrastructure. You will act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, delivering tailored network solutions across on-site deployments.

This fully on-site role requires regular travel to client facilities island-wide; remote work is not available. Strong leadership, Spanish-English bilingualism, and hands-on experience with routing, switching, firewalls, and cloud services are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of switching, routing, firewalls, and wireless controls.
• Experience with server configuration and cloud services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Design, support, and maintain client networks.
• Install, configure, and manage hardware, software, networks, and wireless systems.
• Manage and monitor network security including firewalls and group policies.
• Maintain databases and analyze data to improve performance.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support, including training.
• Document system changes and create user-friendly guides.
• Coordinate infrastructure needs with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and security.
