You will work across IT teams to ensure high performance, security, and operational continuity, configuring routers, switches, and firewalls while mentoring junior engineers. The role emphasizes strategic planning, project leadership, and ongoing modernization to support healthcare and related services for over a million customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is required.
• 5 years of hands-on Network Engineer experience.
• Experience with network design and deployment and enterprise networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructures for high performance and security.
• Configure and oversee routers, switches, firewalls, and related devices.
• Monitor network performance, perform maintenance and upgrades, and resolve escalated issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams, mentor junior staff, and lead network projects from design to implementation.
• Document network configurations and processes for knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT staff to ensure reliability and continuous improvement.
