Job summary

Great Plains Manufacturing, headquartered in Salina, KS, is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to design, analyze, plan, install, configure, security, monitoring, maintenance, documentation, and troubleshooting of the local and wide area network equipment.

This is an on-site role based in Salina, KS with classic M-F 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. hours; occasional after-hours or weekend work and some travel to other Kansas facilities are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, VPN, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and secure LAN/WAN infrastructure across sites.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on network updates.
• Monitor performance, perform backups, and troubleshoot issues.
