Job summary

Decision Technologies, Inc. is seeking a qualified Mid-Level Program Analyst for an on-site position in Arlington, VA and Washington, DC. The role supports a Navy Mission Systems program under a DoD framework and requires eligibility for a DoD secret clearance.

The analyst will provide technical direction, develop POA&Ms, and assist in schedules, briefings, and funding/expenditure planning. Travel is <10% and a strong emphasis on security clearances is essential.

Qualifications

• Must understand DoD C5I network infrastructure, systems, hardware and software.
• Understanding of DoD Acquisition for integration of joint systems, network, cyber and Navy platforms.
• Knowledge of Modular Open Systems Approach for future Navy capabilities.
• Strong technical writing skills for briefings, white papers, data calls and program office communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and technical direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements development and implementation for complex systems to meet technical requirements.
• Develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for new technology insertion and assist in development of potential new requirements and concept feasibility.
• Assist in development of systems engineering schedules, milestone briefings and presentations, including required funds and man-hours expenditures.
