Job summary

Alluvionic is seeking several Management Analysts to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division. These professionals will help the Government assess organizational challenges, improve business processes, and make informed decisions. Depending on level, analysts will support, conduct, or lead studies and process improvement efforts.

Must be US Citizen. Clearance Required: Yes - Active Secret Clearance. Location: Port Hueneme, CA (On-site).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze operational, financial, workforce, schedule, and cost data.
• Define organizational problems and assess their causes, scope, and impact.
• Interview managers and employees and observe operations to understand workflows, organizational relationships, and business needs.
• Conduct studies of organizational structures, policies, procedures, and business processes.
• Develop reports, performance metrics, mathematical models, and other analytical products.
• Prepare clear, evidence-based findings and recommendations for Government stakeholders.
• Support or lead process improvement studies, workshops, and related initiatives, based on experience level.
• Help develop and implement policies, procedures, and solutions that improve organizational efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations in written reports and oral briefings.
• Support implementation of approved recommendations and assess their effectiveness.
