Job summary

Alluvionic is seeking several experienced Financial Systems Analysts to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division. These professionals will provide financial management and analytical support to Navy programs, helping leaders make informed decisions and maintain stewardship of program resources. Location: Port Hueneme, CA (On-site).

Must be a US citizen with an active Secret clearance. Salary range: $97,870 - $125,825 yearly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

Provide financial management support to branches, offices, and program teams.
Advise stakeholders on budget planning, execution, and reporting.
Review budgets, funding requests for accuracy and policy compliance.
Analyze budgets, costs, variances, and program performance to identify issues and trends.
Assess the budgetary effects of programs, policies, and proposed actions.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses, evaluate program tradeoffs, and identify alternative funding approaches.
Coordinate financial activities and funding information across stakeholders and funding sources.
Prepare financial reports, executive summaries, and recommendations for leadership.
Develop courses of action to address financial issues and support program objectives.
Apply financial management policies, regulations, and organizational goals to financial analyses and recommendations.
