Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related role.
• Experience overseeing leasing, marketing, maintenance, vendors, and on-site teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of Fair Housing requirements and local housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of one or more rental properties and monitor performance.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports; track key metrics.
• Develop and manage property budgets; ensure expenses align with goals.
• Manage rent collection, accounts receivable, and evictions when necessary.
• Maintain financial records and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Build positive resident relationships and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Oversee leasing processes, including background checks and lease agreements.
• Market available units and conduct property tours for prospective residents.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor relations, and service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
