Job summary

Australia-Employment is seeking a Project Engineer for multifamily construction in the Denver area. You will manage engineering activities, coordinate with architects and PMs, and ensure changes are processed efficiently on premier multifamily projects.

The role requires at least 1+ year of construction project engineering experience, strong communication, and proficiency with CM software. This is an on-site, full-time position in Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in construction project engineering.
• Experience with RFPs, submittals, and change orders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in construction management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines/budget constraints.
• Solid understanding of safety and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project engineering activities, including RFP preparation, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and team members to meet objectives.
• Review plans/specifications to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation (plans, contracts, change orders).
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
• Work with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and timelines.
• Participate in project meetings with updates and issue resolution.
• Adhere to safety and compliance measures on all projects.
