Job summary

Fortis Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Palms Apartments. You will assist the team with daily maintenance tasks, perform preventive upkeep, and respond to work orders to ensure resident satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager on repairs, safety, and efficiency, contributing to a well-maintained property and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Some Vocational/Technical school and/or college.
• EPA Certification required; CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the community's operations.
• Complete work orders and provide same-day service.
• Walk the community daily to identify repairs.
• Maintain the maintenance shop and stock levels.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor on progress and issues.
