Qualifications

• 1 year of apartment turnover or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic carpentry and repair skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair is a plus.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with apartment turnover and interior repairs to prepare homes for new residents.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and repairs as needed.
• Support senior maintenance staff and coordinate with residents as required.
• Keep work areas clean and safety standards up to date.
