Job summary

ZRS Management seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to service a 432-unit apartment community in Palm Harbor, FL. The role focuses on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems, with a focus on quick, quality make-ready turns and resident satisfaction.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with rotating on-call duties. The ideal candidate has apartment maintenance experience, EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and strong teamwork to keep common areas well maintained

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• EPA Certification required upon hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work both indoors and outdoors.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general building systems.
• Complete apartment turns in a timely manner, including make-ready repairs and inspections.
• Maintain common areas and property grounds.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond to service requests professionally and efficiently.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
