Job summary

Roundhouse is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Corso / Ashlyn Place Apartments in Missoula, MT. The role covers hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and pool systems. It offers a zero-cost medical plan, a 401(k) match, and an employee housing discount.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of general maintenance and repair experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool and spa systems.
• Respond quickly to work orders and finish tasks to a high-quality standard.
• Walk the property to catch issues early and keep safety/health codes compliance.
• Keep grounds, exteriors, and common areas clean and functional.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks and coordinate vendors.
• Maintain accurate work orders and track materials, hours, and status.
• Take turns in after-hours on-call rotation and assist with snow/ice removal.
• Follow safety procedures as per handbook and OSHA standards.
