Job summary

Fortune-Johnson General Contractors seeks an on-site Project Manager to oversee multifamily projects, typically $30M+, serving as the main point of contact for clients and guiding the project team to success.

The PM will lead administration, budgeting, scheduling, RFI/submittal workflows, and coordination with superintendents to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in wood-frame multifamily construction on projects >$20M (or similar scale).
• Demonstrates leadership, problem solving and motivation to meet client requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; strong team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support preconstruction with estimating input.
• Review plans and specifications for project alignment.
• Develop project-wide logistics and safety plans.
• Create scopes of work detailing Fortune-Johnson requirements.
• Select and procure subcontractors; ensure timely deliveries.
