Job summary

Global C2 Integration Technologies in Norfolk, VA seeks a Multi-Domain & Joint Effects Integration Support Analyst to aid NATO Allied Command Transformation in delivering MDJE capabilities through a full life cycle. You will work under JE leadership to synchronize DOTMLPFI initiatives and engage with a broad set of stakeholders from tactical to strategic levels.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in engineering, information systems, or related fields.
• 3 years briefing senior leaders/decision makers in the last 10 years.
• 5 years operational experience in integration and synchronization of effects at Joint/Strategic level.
• 2+ years programme/project management experience in complex environments.
• 2+ years multinational or NATO context experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support MDJE capability products across DOTMLPFI in a lifecycle approach.
• Support programme management efforts and coordinate with JE Programme Director and stakeholders.
• Provide methodological and analytical expertise for Non-Kinetic/Non-Lethal Fires and effects integration.
• Assist with requirements capturing, analysis, and traceability across capability development.
• Coordinate workshops, seminars, and meetings; engage with national and international organizations.
• Travel up to 40 days per year to meetings and conferences as required.
