The role focuses on MDJE capability product development, governance, and lifecycle management within the DOTMLPFI framework. Responsibilities include supporting programme directors, coordinating with stakeholders at all levels, and contributing to doctrinal development and best practices in a multinational, security-cleared

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in engineering, information systems, aeronautics, operations research, project management, business administration or related field; Bachelor plus 5 years allowed.
• 3 years' experience briefing senior leaders/decision makers in the last 10 years.
• 5 years operational experience in integration and synchronization of effects on a Joint or Strategic level staff.
• 2+ years programme/project management experience in military capability development.
• 2+ years working in a multinational organization or NATO command structure.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to MDJE capability product development across DOTMLPFI.
• Assist JE Capabilities Programme Director and Coordinators in programme management activities.
• Offer methodological and analytical expertise for holistic MDJE capability development.
• Support MDJE projects and requirements elicitation across DOTMLPFI.
• Coordinate development synchronization and organize workshops and meetings.
