Job summary

RWC Group - Yakima is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to take skilled diagnostics on the road, delivering 24/7 emergency service to commercial fleet customers. You’ll be the face of RWC Group at customer sites, diagnosing and repairing issues on-site where it matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of fleet, diesel, heavy-duty truck, or dealership technician experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• ASE certifications and CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial vehicles and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and field service repairs.
• Diagnose medium and heavy-duty diesel truck issues independently.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and OEM service information systems.
• Complete work orders and repair documentation accurately.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and company safety procedures.
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers.
• Participate in ongoing technical training.
• Drive Mobile Truck to customer locations to perform service work.
