Job summary

RWC Group is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to provide on-site diagnostics and repair for commercial fleet customers. You will diagnose and fix problems at customer locations, working independently with a focus on safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of fleet, diesel, heavy-duty truck, or dealership technician experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (safety sensitive position).
• ASE certifications and CDL preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Must possess own tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial vehicles and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and field service repairs
• Diagnose medium and heavy-duty diesel truck issues independently
• Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs
• Utilize diagnostic tools and OEM service information systems
• Complete work orders and repair documentation accurately.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and company safety procedures.
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers.
• Participate in ongoing technical training.
• Drive Mobile Truck to customer locations to perform service work.
