Job summary

RWC Group in Washington state is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to take your expertise on the road and serve commercial fleet customers. You will diagnose and repair vehicles at customer sites, working independently to keep fleets on the road.

This role combines hands-on mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic work with field service responsibility, requiring strong problem solving, solid communication, and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years fleet/heavy-duty truck technician experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• ASE certifications and CDL preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Must possess own tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial vehicles and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and field service repairs.
• Diagnose medium and heavy‑duty diesel truck issues independently.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and OEM service information systems.
• Complete work orders and repair documentation accurately.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and safety procedures.
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers.
• Participate in ongoing technical training.
• Drive Mobile Truck to customer locations to perform service work.
