Telecare Corporation is seeking compassionate behavioral health professionals to join the Mobile Crisis Response Team in Stanislaus County. You will help clients in crisis, connect them with community resources, and support access to needed care with a focus on safety and dignity.

Required: Bachelor's in behavioral health with 2 years in behavioral health or substance use services, crisis experience, CPR/CPI/BLS, and a valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health with two years of mental health or substance use services experience.
• At least one year of crisis experience in inpatient, ACT, CRT, CSU, MCRT or crisis call center.
• Sensitivity to multicultural populations and issues.
• Understanding of mental health conditions and substance use disorders.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR, CPI and BLS certifications or within 60 days of employment and maintained thereafter.
• Post-offer physical, background checks and regulatory verifications required.

Full-Time | AM/NOC/PM | Shifts: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM,12:00 PM - 10:30 PM, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM | Days: Sunday - Wednesday & Wednesday - Saturday

Compensation

Expected starting wage range is $27.30 - $33.73.

Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health with two (2) years of experience in mental health or substance use services.
• Including at least One (1) year of crisis experience at an inpatient, ACT, CRT, CSU, MCRT or a crisis call center.
• Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues.
• Firm understanding of mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and community resources.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and BLS certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment.
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply.
• Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.

• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
