Job summary

Kendall Ford of Eugene is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to join our fast-paced service team. You will travel to customer locations in a fully equipped mobile van, performing on-site maintenance and repairs with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, diagnostics, software updates, recalls, warranty work, and clear communication of estimates to customers, with professional photos/video of inspections.

Qualifications

Experience performing on-site vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Strong automotive diagnostic skills and ability to work independently.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Excellent customer service and communication with clients.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations to perform maintenance and repairs.
Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, battery, brakes.
Diagnostics, warranty repairs, recalls.
Handle software updates and accessory installations.
