Job summary

Clipped Assist is seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to service vehicles in your state, with opportunities for experienced mobile repairers or transitions from a panel shop to our state-of-the-art repair vans.

Key duties include repairing damage, selecting and matching paint colors, prepping and painting panels, buffing, and traveling to customer locations for on-site work. A strong customer-service orientation and spray-paint qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Trade qualifications or nearing completion of an apprenticeship in spray painting.
• Knowledge of water-based paint is a plus but not required.
• Expertise in paint application.
• Proficient in color mixing and matching.
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor damage repairs on vehicles.
• Determine the correct paint color for each vehicle.
• Prepare and paint vehicle panels.
• Buff panels as necessary.
• Respray or touch up any damaged areas.
• Travel to customer locations for on-site repairs.
