Job summary

Car Body Lab is seeking a Mobile Auto Body Repair Technician to join our growing team. This on-site, mobile role delivers collision repair and paint services directly to customers at their locations, serving both individuals and fleets.

You will work independently on-site, perform dent removal, paint prep, color matching, and documentation, while maintaining safety and high workmanship. We offer a mobile unit, paid trainings, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including background checks.
• Must be able to lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with on-site, mobile repairs.
• Able to read and understand estimates and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site collision repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and bumper repairs.
• Conduct paint prep and refinishing work with color matching and clear coating.
• Provide services at homes, workplaces, or fleet yards.
• Accurately diagnose repair needs and communicate with customers and dispatch.
• Maintain high workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Keep mobile equipment, tools, and vehicles clean and organized.
• Document repairs with before/after photos and complete job attributions digitally.
• Collaborate with customer service for on-time arrival and efficient service.
