Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in field engineering, project coordination, or similar roles in mining.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for coordinating field crews and stakeholders.
• Education in engineering, construction management, mining technology, or related field (bachelor's preferred).

Responsibilities

• Interpret mine plans, drawings, and specifications to support field teams.
• Track production, labor, and daily progress reporting.
• Assist in developing shift plans, work packages, and sequencing for mine-site activities.
• Support surveying and layout tasks including data collection and control points.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and crews to meet timelines.
• Participate in safety reviews and toolbox talks at mine sites.
• Organize field logistics and contractor coordination.
• Assist with documentation and drafting tasks as needed.
• Provide oversight to field operations and contractor activities.
