Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or Earth Sciences.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Mine Geologist, preferably in the mining industry.
• Proficiency in geological mapping techniques and core logging.

Responsibilities

• Conduct geological mapping and sampling of active mine areas and underground development.
• Log diamond drill core and reverse circulation chips, recording geological, geotechnical, and structural data.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of geological models and block estimations.
• Perform grade control functions, including sampling, assay interpretation, and reconciliation.
• Provide geological support to mine operations, advising on geological boundaries and potential hazards.
• Collaborate with mine planners to define extraction sequencing and targets.
• Ensure accurate data collection and management, maintaining geological databases.
• Participate in geological reviews and contribute to exploration target generation.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
