• Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to manage high workloads.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload with focus on real estate, corporate, and contract law.
• Conduct all phases of litigation including drafting complaints, discovery, depositions and trial prep.
• Participate in trial conduct and appellate work.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates on case status.
• Chair client corporate meetings and manage administrative staff.
