Qualifications

• 3–5 years of journeyman level experience.

• Drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs, and installs industrial mechanical equipment.
• Replace defective parts of machine or adjust clearances and alignment of moving parts.
• Tests, repairs, or installs mechanical units such as pumps, governors, distributors, carburetors, brakes, clutches.
• Replaces bearings, chains, sprockets, and other machine parts.
• Rebuilds pumps, cylinders, and other mechanical equipment as needed following SOPs.
• Align machines using hoists, jacks, micrometers, and other tools.
• Install and maintain complex machinery and related systems.
• Wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
