Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling.
• Valid NC state license as a LCSW, LPC or LMFT at the independent provider level.
• 3 years post-licensure clinical experience in behavioral health and related areas.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and Privacy Acts and professional ethics.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience with a Computerised Medical database system and virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed psychotherapist services to eligible clients in outpatient settings.
• Perform assessments, crisis intervention, and evidence-based treatments for trauma (CPT, PE, EMDR, AR therapy).
• Draft and provide analyses such as evaluations, case formulations, and treatment plans.
• Provide psycho-education briefings and quarterly clinical debriefings.
• Offer consultation to Command and liaison with outside support services.
• Visit armories monthly to communicate IMHS services and coordinate referrals.
• Refer eligible members to mental health providers and ensure continuity of care.
• Mentor new IMHS contract employees per IMHS SOP.
