Job summary

Community Coffee Company is hiring a Merchandiser to stock shelves and build displays in retail stores in the Houston, TX area. You will represent the brand on a daily basis while ensuring optimal product placement and customer service at all times.

The role requires 1+ years merchandising experience in grocery or retail, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Local travel and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Passing score on aptitude test is required in lieu of a diploma.
• 1+ years merchandising experience in a sales, grocery or retail environment preferred.
• Experience with Community Coffee may fulfill the requirement at hiring manager's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Represent Community Coffee brand in assigned market ensuring stores have optimal product stocked and displayed.
• Drive to retail grocery stores to stock and reset product sections.
• Unload product from pallet and transport to shelves.
• Receive, open and unpack merchandise and stock displays with new or transferred items.
• Set up shelf tags and POS signage; rotate product per planogram.
