Job summary

Community Coffee is seeking a Merchandiser in Houston to stock shelves and build in-store displays, visiting assigned grocery locations daily. You will ensure products are represented to brand standards, set up signs and planograms, and maintain strong relationships with store staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and merchandising experience. It is an on-site position with daily local travel and a focus on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; aptitude test in lieu acceptable.
• One or more years of merchandising experience preferred in sales, grocery or retail.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; pre-employment physical.

Responsibilities

• Represents Community Coffee brand in assigned market ensuring stores have optimal product stocked and displayed to standards.
• Drives to retail grocery stores to stock and reset product sections.
• Unloads product from pallet and stocks displays with new merchandise.
• Sets up shelf tags, POS signage and rotates products per planogram.
• Communicates issues with sales and warehouse teams; builds store-level relationships.
• Performs routine vehicle maintenance if assigned; may take on additional duties.
