Community Coffee Company is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves and build displays in retail stores, representing our brand daily.

The role involves driving a company or personal vehicle to assigned stores, stocking products, and maintaining displays per planograms. High school diploma or equivalent required, with preference for merchandising experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Passing score on aptitude test required in lieu of high school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years merchandising experience in a sales, grocery or retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represents Community Coffee brand in assigned market and ensures stores have optimal product stocked and displayed.
• Drives to retail grocery stores to stock and reset product sections.
• Unloads product and stocks displays; handles damaged/returned product per requirements.
• Sets up shelf tags and POS signage; builds displays to attract customers.
• Maintains planogram compliance and communicates issues to sales/warehouse teams.
