Job summary

Legends Global in Daytona Beach, FL, seeks a friendly retail associate for Legends Global Merchandise at the Daytona Speedway shop. You will greet guests, present merchandise, make sales recommendations, and ensure POS accuracy while maintaining neat displays.

You will manage inventory, restock, learn promotions, and collaborate with the team to deliver a memorable fan experience during events. A high school diploma or GED is required, with strong customer service and sales instincts preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
• Be willing to work extended hours on event days.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive environment for our diverse team and fan base.
• Greet guests and ascertain interest to make sales recommendations.
• Maintain accuracy when using POS systems.
• Demonstrate ownership in cleaning, restocking, and other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Present merchandise to increase sale with add-on items.
• Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain use.
• Stay current on promotions and events at the Daytona Speedway shop.
• Maintain inventory, merchandise placement, and accurate counts.
• Assist in inventory and learn plan‑ograms for displays.
• Assist the Gift Shop setup team with merchandising for events.
